The problem

Delivery loses context when decisions, requests, and execution live in separate places. A team can complete its own work while missing the wider dependencies.

The approach

Synapse is a cloud coordination platform for teams and AI agents. People and agents work from one shared map instead of separate mental models, so decisions stay findable and handoffs stop leaking context.

Most of what slows a delivery team down is not the coding. It is rework caused by someone not knowing what was already decided. Synapse is my attempt to fix that part.
